Accountability Framework
CREATING A CULTURE OF EXCELLENCE
Kensington Gardens has worked with management and staff to develop an Accountability Framework that gives strategic direction to the organization.
The primary purpose was to provide KHC a
vehicle to establish a clear vision for the future, as well
as how to achieve
this goal. The Accountability Framework is designed to ensure
that our staff knows where we are headed and their role in
achieving this goal. On this journey it is of great importance
that we promote our Values of Excellence, Respect, and Teamwork. The Accountability Framework identified
five critical success factors that will guide us on our journey,
which state that Kensington Health Centre will be, COMMUNITY
DRIVEN, provide CARING SERVICE,
value PROFESSIONAL
PEOPLE,
promote INNOVATIVE APPROACHES, and be FINANCIALLY
RESPONSIBLE.
We are currently integrating our Quality Assurance Program with the Accountability Framework for every department.
This program will allow us to closely monitor
our activities, plan for improvements, and nurture a culture of excellence.
The intended outcome of our fully effective Accountability Framework is to
be LEADERS IN PROMOTING QUALITY OF LIFE.
This highly innovative approach to quality
assurance will result in a more effective information gathering
and analysis to provide a platform for action.
